I grew up in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and graduated from University of Maryland with a degree in Economics and a Minor in Business Spanish. I have been a dynamic participant in the real estate and finance industry for over 17 years.My knowledge of site selection, leasing, development, investment, acquisition, and acumen in negotiating complex commercial real estate transactions have distinguished me in the field. With extensive experience in both Landlord and Tenant representation, I have represented or worked with: U.S. Government, U.S. House of Representatives, Technology Companies, Associations, Government Contractors, Fortune 500 companies such as Wal-Mart, UPS, Allstate, Aflac, Manpower Group, GameStop, other corporations and brands such as CNO Financial Group, Baskin Robbins, Dunkin Donuts, T-Mobile, and Allan Myers.I have advised local, national, and international companies as well as property owners alike on developing and executing their strategic real estate plans. I have been involved with over $400 million dollars worth of assets and successfully represent more than 1 million square feet of commercial property space.
