I am an experienced IT lawyer with a thorough interest in technology in a broad sense. My practice is focussed on where law meets technology, whether in contracts, advice or proceedings. This practice includes drafting and negotiating of contracts, advising clients on the legal implications of new technologies and offering legal support throughout IT outsourcing projects. As data is a factor in most, if not all technology contracts, I also specialise in data protection. I frequently advise clients on GDPR compliance, international data transfer and commercial use of personal data. Finally, I specialise in IT related public procurement law. This practice consists of advising clients on procurement procedures, disputes arising out of such procedures and legal proceedings.My goal is to provide my clients with the best possible legal services specifically suited to their needs.
