- Establish controlling reports and improve business processes by time and accuracy with implementation of SQL data warehouse solution from ABAS and SAP system-based data sources.- Develop Power-BI reports to ensure the reliable management information system and KPI frameworks of the company.

- Standardize and automate the annual and monthly plan-actual P&L statement reporting process.

- Change management with efficient use of necessary resources to ensure continuity of production.- Implement LEAN approach, with eliminating losses at every stage of production. - Cascading the strategic goals of the factory from the monthly KPIs to shift-handovers.

- Conducting risk assessment based controls on compliance with corporate standards, business principles and corporate governance rules.- Performing internal audits in international teams: 18 business unit audits and 7 factory audits in the region (Hungary / Poland / Czech Republic / Slovakia), of which 8 cases I have been audit team leader.- Drafting the recommendations for the identified issues and aligning with the relevant managers, then presenting the audit report to the senior management.

- Leading of a 6-person controlling team. Team Building, defining the goals of the team and the individual team members, follow-up of the achievements and give appropriate feedback.- Preparing the plan, actual, and forecast of the total factory costs, as well as present it regularly to the CFO and regional technical manager.- Making the variance analyses of the factory KPIs, determining the root-causes of the deviations and elaboration and monitoring of action plans.- Working out product costing alternatives for new product developments.- Preparing payback calculations and decision support for investment justifications.

- Development and operation of factory administration rules, taken into consideration that the factory established as greenfield investment.- Recruitment, selection of workforce and implementation of remuneration policy.- Coordinating the deployment of IT devices, networks and organizing its supervision.- Establishment of accounting policy, implementation and operation of the ERP system (MOVEX).- Liquidity planning and monthly financial reporting to the headquarter.

- Leading of a 5-person controlling team.- Developing the SAP based controlling processes and reports at plan, actual and forecast levels: Sales Analysis, Competitor and Market Analysis, Margin management, Cost Center Controlling, Capital expenditures and payback, Cash-Flow, Working Capital, Costing Variance analyzes.
