Topics we work on include promoting trade union rights and social dialogue, striving for a living wage and empowering women.Through projects with partner organizations, and guided by our strategic long-term vision, I develop and strengthen cooperation with trade unions or organizations affiliated to trade unions, assess project proposals from these organizations, and monitor the progress of the projects. I ensure that projects are in line with the program goals of Mondiaal FNV and I cooperate in the lobbying and advocacy activities developed within the programs.I work closely with fellow policy staff, financial staff and lobby and communication colleagues, with consultants working for Mondiaal FNV in the region and, of course, with the partner organizations.
