Optimized the design of electrical substations in combining identical substations in Petrofac’s scope of the Clean Fuels refinery project awarded by KNPC to a joint venture led by Petrofac with Samsung Engineering Co Ltd and CB&I Nederland BV. This initiative led to a $10 million savings of the job’s electrical cost.
