Accounts & AuditPreparing annual accounts for medium and large limited companies aswell as sole traders,partnerships and charities. Keeping a record of any key business issues and areas for improvement. Preparing notes for partners on any issues and/or advice.Where necesseary opening balance adjustments are calculated and ensured updated on client's records. Preparing clearance packs for partners/managers where keys areas of the financial statements are summarised in order to aid client meetings where the performance of the business is discussed.Calculating and formualting a corporate tax computation using IRIS business taxation. Ensuring capital allowances, any tax add backs and deductions are calculated and incorporated within the tax compuation.Preparing interim management accounts. Providing key business results to aid financial planning. Under taking Audits. Assessing key risk areas through the planning process and ensuring materiality is set and maintained throughout the Audit. Conducting grant audits for clients receiving research and development funds from the EU.Attending stock takes.Calculating and formulating personal tax computations. Managing and recording time to ensure deadlines are met and company procedures are followed.
