Project Title: ZENITH Insurance Comparator Platform.Project Description: As a developer-contributor to the project, I've been an integral part of creating an innovative web application aimed at simplifying the intricate task of comparing diverse insurance options. This platform strives to empower users by delivering a comprehensive panorama of the multitude of insurance plans available in the market. By facilitating an all-inclusive resource for individuals actively seeking proficient insurance coverage, the platform enables users to make informed decisions tailored to their unique requirements. Additionally, the platform facilitates an automated distribution system that promptly dispatches user forms to advisers based on their availability and expertise, ensuring seamless assistance tailored to the specific form's requirements.My engagement within the project encompasses the development and meticulous refinement of the technical architecture. This involvement is further categorized into the following segments:-Execute maintenance, fix bugs, and improve the functionality of the existing information system.-Actively engaged in various phases of analysis and technical design, utilizing UML.-Executed the development of microservices projects.-Incorporating APIs from our partners to establish pricing using customer information and proposals, followed by generating a quote and dispatching it in PDF format.-Technology Stack:-Back-end: Utilized Java EE Spring Boot for robust backend functionalities.-Front-end: Employed Angular to craft intuitive and dynamic user interfaces.

Developed by ExpertFlow on Cisco (UCCX/PCCE), this project empowers businesses with advanced tools for optimized interactions, elevating customer satisfaction.My responsibilities:-Development of projects clients, encompassing UCCX IVR script development, widget creation, and customized interfaces for reporting applications.-Provided Level 1 and 2 Help Desk Support to various clients, addressing inquiries and technical issues promptly and effectively.-Collaborated closely with the technical team to ensure smooth ticket processing, fostering streamlined resolution of user concerns.Key Technologies Utilized:-Back-end: Leveraged JAVA JEE Spring Boot, C#.-Front-end: Employed HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript.-Database: Utilized SQL Server for efficient data management, storage, and retrieval.-ETL Talend: For seamless data integration and optimization within the project ecosystem.
