Job Description:• Create visual concepts, using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.• Develop the overall layout and production design for applications such as promotional communications and materials, advertisements, brochures, multimedia (video editing, motion graphics, animated gifs, etc.,) websites, and other digital designs, apparel, reports, etc.• Ensure that all graphic design is consistent with current social trends, and best practices and conforms to the team.• Obtain requirements from clients to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like. • Prepare concepts, research subject matter, and create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme, and tone of the communications and deliver the desired impact. • Perform continuous quality control checks throughout the project lifespan to ensure an excellent product is delivered on budget, on time, and to the client’s satisfaction.• Assist as appropriate with negotiations with suppliers (design, web, print, photography, display, film production, etc.), get quotes, and perform cost versus quality analysis. • Award contracts with the Senior Manager’s approval. Flag any issues that could affect quality, schedule, or cost and propose timely solutions.
