As a Psychology Bachelors Student at the University of Ottawa, I have a passion for understanding human behavior and its motivations. Even though I orient myself to counselling and clinical psychotherapy, I'm also engaged as a research assistant in laboratories of my university's psychology doctors. Before heading to my bachelors, I got my Social Sciences - Psychology profile pre-university diploma at Champlain College in Lennoxville, where I wrote a research thesis about the Stigma of Mental Health Care in Immigrant Communities in the framework of my Integration Approach specialization paper project.Since a young age, I have this craving of analyzing and observing mental issues and finding the appropriate solutions. In the past 5 years, I have applied this knowledge to various sales, customer service (Ardene, Intact), and call center roles (currently Cineplex), where I have demonstrated empathetic, patient, and hardworking qualities. Moreover, the amount of volunteering contribution I gave in social associations and organizations is to consider.As an independent Mindset Coach, I have also shown my active listening skills and a dynamic cooperation spirit with my clients. My personality is calm, empathetic and adaptive, making my audience comfortable opening up about their various challenges. Building this personal brand aspired me to build a community as I complete my undergraduate and graduate studies ahead of my psychologist certification. I am fluent in English and French, and conversational in Spanish and Arabic, which allows me to reach a diverse and global audience online.I am seeking opportunities to offer help and value to others through counselling, spirituality and self-improvement.
