Review all patches to identify devices missing security patches for prompt remediation.• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for all security infrastructure• Perform periodic review of all documentation for all supported services• Prepare planning documentation for new security infrastructure implementations.• Prepare Technical As-Built documentation for all security infrastructure• Maintain and report on Weekly and Monthly KRI

• Provide 1st level remote/onsite network and service support to technical teams in the bank's affiliates(34 countries, 1200+ branches)• Investigate, resolve and escalate issues and service disruption• Restore services timely within agreed SLAs• Provide end-to-end monitoring of services (networks , systems, applications) and ensure maximum availability and performance.
