Leads a multidisciplinary team of developers, QAs, Business Analyst / Product Owner for the development of e-Commerce solutions and CMS Integration for clients.• Manage the daily activities• Animate and participate in daily SCRUM meetings• Provide mentoring, coaching and training to team members• Work closely with business analysts and architects to refine and improve specifications• Analyze, break down and document technical specifications• Research technical solutions and build quick proof-of-concepts• Evaluate work effort with development tasks• Coordinate activities of developers• Review code, ensuring software is developed according to best practices• Prepare builds processes and releases pipelines• Support and troubleshoot deployments up to production environment
