I am currently working as an administrative assistant at the Association Droit à la Différence, where I contribute to the Observatory for the Defense of the Right to Difference in Tunisia project. In this role, I handle various administrative tasks, including writing quarterly reports that provide updates on our activities and progress. I also manage the logistics during training sessions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, I coordinate communication between beneficiaries, facilitating collaboration and support. This position has allowed me to develop my organizational and communication skills while actively contributing to a vital project that promotes inclusivity and social rights in Tunisia.

I served as the coordinator for three clubs at the Lina Ben Mhenni Feminist School: the theater, singing, and writing clubs. This role was an incredible experience, particularly because it allowed me to connect with women of all backgrounds and ages, fostering meaningful relationships. Additionally, I took on the responsibilities of community manager for the clubs, which involved editing promotional videos and posting content on Instagram. This experience not only enhanced my skills in digital communication and video editing but also strengthened my commitment to empowering women through creative expression and community engagement.

After my internship, I began working with Arabesque as a journalist, where I primarily focused on writing articles and news pieces. In addition to my writing duties, I also took on the role of community manager for our social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This was my very first experience as a journalist, and it was both unique and enriching. It significantly helped me expand my professional network and connect with people in the field of journalism. This multifaceted role allowed me to enhance my writing skills while also developing my expertise in digital communication and social media strategy, providing a solid foundation for my future career in journalism.
