Developing a reliable simultaneous localization, mapping and three-dimensional object recognition system for ADAS and ADS systems using a single vision based sensor data:- Deploying ORB-SLAM that determines the vehicle's position and identifies the sparse points representing each object in the environment. - Training a YOLOR model to detect 3D objects.- Filtering the area returned by YOLOR and the points determined by SLAM algorithm.- Using DBSCAN to detect the spacial positions of the detected objects.- Using PCA to estimate the 3D bounding Boxes.
