Our mission is rooted in radical mental health and the liberation of oppressed communities. We focus on resisting oppressive systems by creating radical coaching and learning spaces, facilitating knowledge exchange, and fostering meaningful connections.Our business is proudly Black, queer, and immigrant-led, with our leadership influenced by the love, survivorship, and imagination of Black, queer disabled individuals. Despite being a small operation with one full-time staff member (myself) and multiple part-time contractors, we drive impactful change through various revenue streams including RMHFA workshops, consulting projects, digital products, affiliate commissions, and values-aligned brand deals.Key Achievements:- Flagship Workshop (RMHFA): Created and facilitated the Radical Mental Health First Aid (RMHFA) workshop, collaborating with schools, organizations, and notably, Lush Cosmetics.- Over 1000 people have taken a version of Radical Mental Health First Aide over the past two years. - Media Features: Featured in Athleta, xoNecole, them, The Exit, Giddy, MindBodyGreen, ZENCARE, Saddie Baddies, and Intersectional Fertility.- Expertise & Background: Trained therapist with extensive volunteer experience, bringing a unique perspective as a queer immigrant.Core Responsibilities:- Workshops Creation and Facilitation: Developing and leading transformative workshops.- Project Management: Overseeing diverse projects to drive our mission forward.- Speaking Engagements: Sharing insights and advocating for radical mental health and care.- Outreach and Networking: Building connections to expand our impact.Vision & Approach:My lived and professional experiences allow me to support people and businesses in intuitive and radical ways.
