• Coordinated with Directors Bill Roschen, FAIA, and Christi Van Cleve, AIA in the development of the upcoming graduate program being offered at Woodbury.• Conducted an outreach event highlighting the innovative policies in place for the Cornfield Arroyo Seco Specific Plan (CASP) which brought together stakeholders in parking, and affordable housing with Los Angeles City Planning Commissioners for a conversation in the specific plan’s outcomes. • Coordinated with graduate students to research, analyze and prepare visual interpretations of the plan’s incentives for urban development centered around transit oriented development. The event enabled students of architecture to observe the conversations that shape the built environment.• Conducted a design charrette highlighting the process and implementation of the Los Angeles Department of Transportation’s Pedestrian Plaza initiative know as “Streets for People.”• Coordinated with graduate students and with support from LADOT Pedestrian staff, in analyzing the processes that facilitate partnerships between the community and the city to transform under-used areas of street into public spaces.• Assisted teams of students in developing design concepts for sites identified by the City and coordinated with community stakeholders in presentation of the designs.
