Welcome to my profile :)Just to introduce myself a little. I am a full-time property investor developer/from London. With over 3 years of hands-on experience in the dynamic world of property investment, I have honed my expertise in two key areas: flips/ providing co-living spaces (HMOs) for supported housing organisations and working professionals.I help investors achieve the best possible returns on their funds by implementing creative property strategies that generate great yields/ capital appreciation.The second avenue to our property business includes a service where we can work with Investors based locally or internationally to source them great properties in lucrative areas who want a hands-off experience in the following: Purchasing, Refurbishment, Lettings, and Selling (if required).My vision is to continue helping as many people as possible by evidencing how powerful property investment can be in creating long-term wealth and generating sustainable returns on their hard-earned cash. I'm a fitness/sports fanatic with a healthy obsession with the gym as it has allowed to me to gain greater mental clarity, feel amazing on a daily basis, and more importantly instilled a huge amount of discipline which has transferred across all areas of my life.A huge football fan(won't say who I support in case it offends anyone) partaking in regular tournaments and previously playing for Sunday league teams at younger ages.Lastly, traveling is a huge passion of mine and I try to spend as much free time as I can get to travel the world and experience new places with friends and family.
