I am mentor on the OpenClassrooms courses entitled "iOS App Developer" and "Digital project manager"

I realized from scratch the development of the Hager Pilot application allowing to discover and connect to electric gateways in SwiftUI.I was able during this training to:- Develop all the views of version 1.0.- Set up a DiscoveryService- Implement Core Data- Set up unit tests- Perform Pull Requests

During my training at OpenClassrooms, I was asked to:- Define a learning strategy- Go further in using Git and GitHub- Understand the Web world a little better- Learning Objective C / Swift languages and SwiftUI 2.0 framework- Create a command-line RPG like game with MacOS- Manage autolayout with “Vary for Traits” for portrait/landscape applications on iPhone and iPad- Create a photo editing app- Improve an existing app- Using Adobe XD- Insert Tests and evaluate Coverage- Understanding Test Driven Development (TDD)- Adding TDD Features with Behavior Driven Development- The Red Green Refactor Methodology- Analyzing a client’s Needs (UML, Domain-Driven Design, writing a technical documentation)- Modelize and implement a MySQL relational database with UML (class diagram, understand CRUD, etc) - Make network calls with Postman and URLSession on a Rest API- Create a test dataset for network calls- Better management of data persistence in an application- Set up an information monitoring system- Prepare for technical tests- Functional tests (UITests)- Better management of MVC and MVVM architectures- Improve the resolution of memory leaks

With the Jawg SDK you can quickly and simply integrate a map into your mobile app or site thanks to APIs and widgets available. It is thus possible to offer users a smart card with POIs (Point of Interest), plots between two points and more. I joined the team as a consultant to initially audit what had already been developed and then I took over the development on the iOS SDK developed in Objective C and Swift and the TMA on the Android SDK developed in Java Android and Kotlin.During this mission I:- Studied the existing and make recommendations- Set up several lanes on fastlane allowing in particular to upload an IPA automatically on TestFlight, to generate documentation, to launch a swiftlint check with export of errors in an html file, etc.)- Carry out and organize various documentations such as the documentation of the Android SDK, the documentation of the routing api and the web demonstrator, a GitFlow process to follow for Android and iOS, an architectural diagram of different git repositories, a well-defined naming convention.- Create a configuration screen- A view showing the next three times- A radius around a station- Create the new app icon for Android and iOS via Sketch and integrate it into the app- Fix various bugs- Configure SwiftLint and correct errors reported by the diagnostic- Attend groomings, sprint review, daily, sprint planning, etc.- Manage userstories and sub-tasks on Taiga

Development of applications on Android and iOS in Kotlin and Swift.

Context:Viadeo had to do a redesign of their applications (Android, iOS & Web). I joined the team as a consultant in order to initially audit what has already been developed and then I took the lead on the iOS team composed of 3 developers.Responsibilities: 1. Writing an audit of the iOS application (Swift language) with the following contents:- Versioning & Code Review- Project Configuration- Project Structure- Style Guide (Ray Wenderlich)- User Interface and Strings- Code Redesign (Refactoring)- Memory leaks- The iOS Viadeo app in a few digits (dependency graph, number of lines of code, etc.)- Security level of the application2. As an iOS developer I was able to:- Set up cache with Core Data- Add a connection manager- Implement part of the guide style Ray Wenderlich- Add a notation popin of the application on the store- Add an update popin of the application in case of new version- Add an animation on the splashscreen- Share extension target (set up sharing from another application)- Participate in the improvement of the Fastlane and Circle CI pipeline- Submit the application to the store, TestFlight and Fabric- Improve the script for generating a new VIPER module with Generamba (code generator)- Clean up some memory leaks- Upgrade the project from Swift 3 to Swift 4- Upgrade the minimum version of the application to version 11.0 (vs 10.0 before)3. During the audit I was able to implement:- Tailor (ensures a consistent style (Lint) and helps avoid bugs)- Slather (generates test coverage reports)- Lizard (measures cyclomatic complexity)- SonarQube (continuously measures source code quality)- Sonar-Swift (SonarQube plugin to detect bugs, vulnerabilities and code tips to rework)

Context:By joining Devoteam Digital Factory my development skills Swift, Android and iOS architecture could significantly increase. This allowed me to acquire a dual iOS (primary) / Android (secondary) skill. I was also able to refine my project management and tender response skills.Responsibilities:1. Context:Within the DigitasLbi team (a subsidiary of Publicis Group), I was in charge of the maintenance and evolution of several Nissan mobile applications. For this I worked closely with a team of iOS and Android developers with whom I communicated in English. I was also brought to develop in Objective C and Swift mainly but also in Java Android.Responsibilities:1. Supervision, coordination and animation of technical project teams (iOS/ Android developers) : four developers and one technical lead in English2. Creation and follow-up of JIRA tickets in the Agile method3. Production of technical specifications4. Management of several Nissan digital projects5. Participation in technical costing of projects6. Guarantor of deliverables and the code quality of the developers

Context:Redesign of the Thomascook.fr website: New visitor profiles, optimization of the purchase tunnel, flat design, better ergonomics and new features.Achievements:1. Scrum method:- 3 weeks sprints- Prioritisation of needs- Realization of the sprint backlog- Daily Scrum with a team of developers2. Realize the specifications of the models3. Set up the autocompletion on the different search engines of the site4. Set up a tool in order to be able to use the Agile method: Trello5. Setting up of the flights tab to allow the booking of regular and low cost dry flights6. Site recipe:- Create a recipe document for the different collaborators- Test the whole site and report the different bugs in Trello / Mantis- Contribute a few pages under the CMS Typo 3 and order Typo 3- Progress reports- Check that the mailing works properly under SPLIO (tool for sending and tracking e-mails and sms)

As a CTO and iOS developer at MyRestoEnPoche I had various tasks such as realize a business plan, searching for customers, pitches in various incubators. We were selected to join the Welcome City Lab and managed to raise 250 000 €.Projects I was able to work on:1. MyRestoEnPoche: a mobile app that allows restaurant customers to remotely order from their smartphones.2. Culture'Apps: a web-based mobile application creation and management platform that allows cultural venues to create an interactive tour guide in a few steps. Culture'Apps takes back the advantages of GMLA (Hands-Free Applications Guide) and removes the main disadvantage that is to recreate for each customer in a tedious way the application in white label.3. Canaricar: introduce foreign and/or provincial tourists to the French capital in a fun and original way thanks to a yellow 3-wheel scooter and an integrated interactive guide (GPS).

GMLA project: Because a classic audio guide is expensive and quickly becomes obsolete, we created with a friend a solution turned towards smartphones called GMLA (Hands-Free Apps Guide). Visitors to the cultural site thus become autonomous and receive all the information directly on their mobile phone. In addition, the app uses GPS technology. Interactive ballads make it possible to trigger a sound each time the visitor passes near a point of interest. The walk becomes more immersive, free and playful.Achievements:1. Here is the list of the projects on which I was able to intervene at the ophthalmic glass production site at Carl Zeiss Vision:1. Network supervision: Install a network supervision solution at the Aubergenville production site (78) to monitor, report and alert normal and abnormal functioning of computer systems.2. GLPI: Install a Help Server at the Help Center (GLPI, OCS Inventory)3. Order Receiving Application: Develop a web application for order receiving. This application allows the store team to scan the received items with a barcode spray so that they can be added to a database and manage their inventory more easily.4. Participation in the implementation of the ITIL method within the company5. Administration of Novell, Windows, Linux servers6. Production interventions to solve levels 1, 2 and 3 problems on the employees workstations
