28 lentes jong, geboren en getogen in Amsterdam en een echte health- en sportfreak.Sinds een jaar of zes, leef en adem ik sporten, gezond koken en vitaal blijven. Daar houdt het niet op; ik besmet mijn collega´s, vrienden en naasten maar wat graag met het ´gezondheidsvirus´. Ik heb inmiddels talloze vrienden en familieleden helpen afvallen, gezonder leven en in sommige gevallen zelfs gezond aankomen. Wegens dit succes heb ik besloten om het niet bij een passie te houden, maar er ook mijn werk van te maken.𝗪𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗵𝗶𝗷𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴?Hijama is weliswaar een begrip in de islamitische geneeskunde, maar ik heb het zeker niet met de paplepel ingegoten gekregen. Na enig onderzoek, ben ik tot de ontdekking gekomen dat het niet alleen onder moslims ´trending´ is, maar ook in de westerse wereld. Alternatieve geneeswijzen zoals chiropractie en hijama krijgen steeds meer aandacht en dit was voor mij het laatste zetje om het toe te voegen aan mijn ´gereedschapskist´. Ik help daarom ook jou graag om de gezondste versie van jezelf te worden!
