• Rédaction de la documentation fonctionnelle générale et détaillée pour la solution d’assurance DXC Assure Policy (Acte de gestion, DFD, DFS …)• Participation à la détection et à la correction des anomalies linguistiques dans les interfaces du logiciel DXC Assure Policy• Collaboration étroite avec les équipes de développement, de conception et d'assurance qualité pour assurer la précision et la cohérence de la documentation• Utilisation de SharePoint pour la gestion des données d'entrée et des fichiers source • Migration de la documentation de Word vers Markdown en utilisant Pandoc et Visual Studio Code• Diffusion de la documentation sur GitHub• Gestion des tâches de rédaction à l'aide de JIRA

Documentation Project Management:- Identification of new business opportunities to develop the Technical Publication activity.- Internal validation of the quotations for new projects.- Animation of Kick-off meetings and validation of Ok start of new projects.- Creation of data modules (xml language), validation, compiling and publishing in accordance with S1000D process.- Verification and Validation of the technical documentation.- Provide regular updates on project status to project team and management. - Managing support team members to ensure that our customer receive excellent deliverable documents.Technical support:- Organizing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities.- Ensuring that the support cases are handled in accordance with the business requirements. - Ensuring that the support team members know and follow the support policies at all times.- Establishing the standard KPIs and analyzing periodically the carried support.- Coordination with team members and management to identify the root cause of application systems failures and develop the appropriate actions to be taken to prevent their recurrence.Training:- Establishment of the skill improvement plan with other internal team managers.- Training for new team members.- Providing the periodic reporting around KPIs to key organization stakeholders.

- Author and revise documentation such as Component Maintenance Manuals, Service Bulletins and Service Letters while complying with ATA iSpec 100, 2200 or S1000D.- Read and interpret engineering drawings, test reports, and vendor data for inclusion in technical manuals.- Receive and analyze of the engineering inputs: BOM, 3D drawing, Mechanical design, Acceptance test procedure...
