- Leading end to end Recruitment process of the Group.- Strategic Recruitment planning and implementation.- Headhunting right people for key roles.- Organizing Recruitment process efficiently.- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure reduced time to hire.

▪ Perform full-cycle recruitment for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process.▪ Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in a structured and timely manner.▪ Handling compensation and benefits processing of the company.▪ Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll data.▪ Maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports as needed.▪ Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.
