As the Creative Director for the TeaWithGenZ podcast at AUS, I lead the creative vision, ensuring each episode resonates with our audience. Drawing from my passion for journalism and my experience with my own podcast, Inoroutpodcast, I treat TeaWithGenZ like it’s my own, overseeing content planning, episode structure, and guest coordination. I bring fresh, engaging ideas to the table, leveraging my storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives that connect with listeners. Working closely with the production team, I enhance the podcast's overall quality and impact, from concept to final edit.

Since high school, I have been passionate about sharing knowledge with students, particularly skills that will impact their futures, such as communication and networking. When I arrived at AUS, I proposed this idea to the leadership management to hold sessions that equip students with these essential skills. Thankfully, they approved, and since then, I have dedicated my summers to researching and creating the best presentations to maximize learning in these sessions. I extend my thanks to AUS and Ms.Alaa Al Naboulsi, the Development Officer at SLP, for making this dream come true.

As a team leader, I managed peer leaders, coordinated activities, provided guidance, and ensured effective collaboration to support our student community.

After winning a major competition using a UAE-based IoT board, I had an unexpected opportunity to meet one of the judges, Khalid AlAwadhi—the founder of the board (I promise he was fair in scoring). This encounter sparked a connection that led to my role as a Part-Time IoT Engineer at Remal several months later. In this role, I develop and program smart device prototypes using Remal boards, specializing in environmental sensing, automation, and real-time data collection through MQTT protocols and cloud integration. Additionally, I lead workshops for university students, teaching IoT and embedded systems fundamentals, and mentoring them to create locally-made tech products, all while contributing to Remal’s mission of advancing the UAE’s IoT ecosystem through innovation and education.

CEO of Dayma, an award-winning startup transforming greenhouse agriculture in 2023. Dayma clinched the 1st place in the 12th cycle (2023-2024) of the Sharjah Sustainability Awards and secured 1st place in Startup Dojo, hosted by Sheraa, a government-funded organization. This success garnered vital funding for project advancement. Implemented an advanced greenhouse system with second-layer polycarbonate, intelligent sensors, and real-time reporting, optimizing crop growth and market access while emphasizing sustainability and profitability. This innovation received top honors, securing ongoing support and collaboration for further development.

The idea for Open Book Team was born in a biology lab, where a fellow student refused to share an answer with me regarding a lab paper I was doing. Frustrated, I came home determined to create a community where resources are freely shared. Along with 12 other students, we worked hard to compile the best notes in a variety of subjects. Today, we've reached more than 1,500 students. And we made sure you can now find every single biology lab answer :) When we are no longer students ourselves, we will pass on the torch to other passionate individuals who love helping others, ensuring the legacy continues!

Coding while petting cats and dogs! My experience went beyond just coding; being part of a startup allowed me to work in various fields alongside the CEO. I oversaw accounts management, product management, event assistance and supervision. Additionally, I managed interns, and coordinated their work to ensure alignment with project objectives. I also provided support in analyzing performance metrics and implementing necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency.

What an incredible journey it has been over the past year! My passion for journalism and covering important, often overlooked topics, has driven this podcast from the start. If I were a journalism student, this would have been my favorite project. Although we're stepping back for now due to our busy schedules, this podcast has always been a labor of love, not a job. We might return when things settle down, but until then, thank you for being part of this adventure with us!

In collaboration with the Entrepreneurship Club at my university, we are driven by a passion for innovation, especially among peers and students at universities. This led us to create the Falcon Pitch, a platform where ideas from all around the UAE are shared. This time, students won't work on their ideas alone; they'll collaborate with university students and expert mentors. Our goal is to help students recognize the importance and benefits of entrepreneurship!

I hosted podcasts at the American University of Sharjah, spending 8 hours each week to create captivating episodes on a range of topics. I interviewed experts and talented students, picked interesting themes to both entertain and inform our listeners, and organized events to get the university community involved.

As a peer leader at my university, I guided and supported fellow students, facilitated group discussions, organized events, and promoted a positive and inclusive campus environment.

I focused on executing impactful events and initiatives.

Led a 12-week global program in collaboration with QS Quacquarelli Symonds and the University of Exeter, impacting over 200 students in North Kivu. Developed tailored educational modules for ages 5 to 13 as part of the Future17 SDG Challenge Programme, integrating multimedia content and interactive quizzes to enhance learning outcomes. Collaborated with an international team to address educational disruption in a region marred by violence and political instability. Achieved a top ranking with a score of 3.8 out of 4, highlighting project success.
