Hello, my name is Oussama Mansouri. I'm 25 years old and born and raised in the Netherlands. I'm a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for several fields including engineering, medicine, self-sovereign identity, AI, and DLTs.I hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, I've gained experience in Industrial Strategies & Change Management as well as Industrial Operational Management. My thesis work during my Bachelor's degree was with ENGIE, where I researched how the shift from centralized to decentralized energy could disrupt the ENGIE business model and explored possible solutions to provide intelligent services.In addition to my academic pursuits, I'm a licensed practitioner of Franklin Covey's 7 Habits of Effective Leadership, which has helped me develop strong leadership skills. I'm also sporty, competitive, and very eager to learn, which has enabled me to approach challenges with enthusiasm and independence.I enjoy working with people and derive great satisfaction from helping them. With a recent shift in my focus to the medical field, I'm thrilled to be in medical school at Universiteit Leiden. I look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and contribute to the world in meaningful ways.
