Scope : R&D Worldwide - 6 centers- Manage IT infrastructure and security projects- Improve and align IT infrastructure architecture of R&D centers- Assist in solving major network incidents- Ensure IT governance and security in the R&D centers : Digital risk analysis, pentests management and action plan monitoring- Define, implement and automate IT processes specific to R&D on the ITSM (ServiceNow)- Manage the R&D IT infrastructure and services: Operations management, change and incident management- Management of a cross-functional consulting team

Technical project management and network engineering for the client SNCFScope : WAN/MAN Network (Build and Run) - 2200 sites- Frame the client's need and help him in his arbitrations to converge towards a suitable technical solution- Carry out the upstream studies (need analysis, architecture, dimensioning, ...) and validate the technical solution, schedules and associated quotes- Manage the production of services by managing orders, production and commissioning- Lead the project team- Lead the various project meetings- Manage technical evolution of WAN and isolated internet service offering (Capacity planning, service delivery management and contract management)- Manage network incidents (Lvl 2 & 3)
