I wanted at all costs to understand how the behind the scenes worked.** Spoiler alert **I only managed to understand it at the age of 14, 5 years later.Just at the age of 14 I started to get interested and passionate about the world of entrepreneurship and therefore immediately I started to develop websites and software for friends, family and beyond for real customers.Another great love of mine (besides programming) is athletics, I love running!I'm an athlete specializing in 110hs and 100m, during my sports career I haveachieved good results at a national level, also managing to rank 4 in my specialty.My personal and professional experience has helped me a lot to understand the critical issues of many Italian companies and probably also worldwide.I'm convinced that if a company really wants to be successful in its business, it must necessarily focus on the well-being of its employees, and must be able to continuously stimulate them.This is because if the employees are stimulated and proud to be part of the company, they work better and raise the perceived and real value of the company, also having good benefits from an economic point of view.
