I lead team of 8: 5 marketing managers and 3 creatives (graphical designers and copywriter). I lead the Valio corporate brand development internationally and house brand campaigns. I am responsible of budget and partner management, company level media buying and sponsorship. My team develops marketing strategies and executes them. We plan, create, and implement advertising campaigns and consumer events including media planning and buying. We create all kinds of marketing material (eg. video, print, social media material) and package designs. I report to Senior Vice President Global Brands and Marketing. In addition my responsibilities I have also been working as an in-house business coach.Results: During my team leading, the results have improved significantly in co-operation and team spirit as well as between in-house partners and external partners. The campaigns we have created have reached very good results. I have succeeded in strengthening the Valio brand especially among young adults. I have led Valio brand sustainability campaigning and Valio brand has been chosen the most sustainable brand in Finland for many times. -
