1. Be responsible for the main objectives and plans of sales & marketing. Assist superior to implement policies and systems.2. Be in charge of the Department's daily management work and the management, direction, training and assessment for subordinates.3. Be in charge of organizing the sales operation, including the planning, organization, control over the progress and review.4. Assist the Sales Director in setting up sales objectives, sales modes, sales strategies, sales budgets and incentive plans; 5. Establish and manage the sales teams and to accomplish the sales objectives; 6. Forward instructive proposals on the products to R&D from sales and customer's feedback.
