My work experience is in the field of logistics and supply chain and mainly relates to the development, optimization and implementation of the various business processes in combination with IT. By fulfilling different roles within the chain, I approach challenges holistically in order to ensure an integrated approach with an eye for people and process.Stakeholder management is important: without the support of the organisation, partners and especially the customer, there is no success. Building relationships, coaching team members and transferring knowledge is the key to success as an organization. I have the ability to communicate and report in a constructive and action-oriented way at different levels and in different disciplines and can work both in a team and independently.However, getting everyone on board alone is not enough, the right skills on the content are just as important. I have substantive knowledge and experience in the field of critical business operations and business processes, gained through education and work experience. Due to the different roles in different organizations in combination with a healthy dose of curiosity, I have also gained skills in the field of IT I focus on all stakeholders in the process and I put quality over quantity.
