For the last 4 years I have been developing my photography skills. I have attended the school of photography in Amsterdam for a few years now (Foto Academie Amsterdam). For some years I have developed my skills in the Adobe Creative Suite Family, such as Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.

Contributing in creating and developing interest in Photography in the world of Art.

As a Process Specialist I am responiseble for the development ITIL process of the Service Level Management and the 'invoerdossier'. The 'invoerdossier' is a checklist that regulates and formalizes the proces of deploying new services into the (installed base) IT.

In this period I designed the Knowledge Managment Database at the Abn Amro Bank using eGain Knowledge. After designing and builiding for both the domestic (diemen) and the international helpdesk (Mumbai, India) I have transferred my knowledge. More information due to be found in my C.V.
