For the last 20 years I have been the Head of Department of Clinical Research at Copenhagen University, Amager and Hvidovre Hospital and have led the development of the Department from 7 to more than 90 employees and latest sharpened the strategic profile to 60. I am expert In Biomarkers within especially multimorbide patients admitted acutely to Emergency Departments and head of a Clinical Academic Group aiming at developing a resilience Index unfolding the single patients recovery capacity based upon wet, dry and soft biomarkers collected at admittance at the hospital. Furthermore, I hold the position of Research Director at the Hospital, responsible for strategic development of research at the hospital, identification and establishment of innovative projects of high quality that carry patient benefit focussing on reducing or not creating more Inequality for the single patient within the hospital and across sectors.
