Responsible for bringing "DriveU", the IFN's flagship product, to the next generation: "PowerDox". The challenge was to convert from the old VWG framework to Angular 10 and WebAPI services. Not just keep the advantages of the old product but also add required functionality and also give a modern facelift to the new product.In order to move from old VWG technology to the new one, it was necessary to create new infrastructures both for Angular and WebApi and make code refactoring which requires deep understanding in code conversion methodologies.

Gizmox Transposition has developed Transposition Studio, a technology and IDE which enable modernizing enterprise scale desktop systems written in VB6, PowerBuilder, classic ASP and other legacy platforms to modern, mostly web based applications. The modernized applications may be based on .NET or Java and optionally utilize Angular. My Job: development team member. I take part both in the tool's development and in migration project delivery of legacy systems to modern platforms. The job includes a deep analysis of the source environment (such as COM and web components) for each legacy system and of developing replacement objects for the required target environment.
