About Ove Herbert Holmberg
With over 27 years of agile coaching experience, I am passionate about helping organizations and teams achieve better results, collaboration, and satisfaction. Lately, as the Business Intelligence Team Lead, I lead teams in BI department, where I introduce the BI Agile Academy, a program that trains and certifies BI professionals in agile methodologies and practices. I also challenge the status quo and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in the BI domain.I also share my knowledge and passion for team building as a mentor and speaker for new organizations that aims to create a more sustainable and innovative society. I offer inspiration talks and mentorship on how to build effective and engaged teams, based on my six steps to agility and my extensive wishlist for the ideal team set up. I have published several articles and books on agile topics, such as "What could I have done better in my agile implementation?" and "An extensive wishlist for your new team room". I believe that agile teams are the key to delivering value and solving complex problems in the 21st century.
