It was a really unrepeatable experience to introduce myself to the automotive business directly through line issues.Magneti Marelli re-organization – 2003-2004: after the selling process ended in 2002, Fiat shareholders made decision to re-build the Components Sector (Magneti Marelli).The re-organization process concerned both the set-up of the Holding and the alignment of the different Business Lines, setting the needed essential rules to function together as a whole. -
