As an project analyst, my primary role is to lead, promote, and facilitate the adoption of lean six sigma principles, operating system processes, and tools within the plant. Collaborating with stakeholders in manufacturing excellence, I identified operational improvement opportunities and developed and implemented high-impact applications for lean six sigma across all departments. I was responsible for ensuring the robust and sustainable execution of lean six sigma processes and overseeing Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost, and People (SQDICP) process performance. Additionally, I coached, educated, and developed lean six sigma skills, competencies, and organizational effectiveness. In this role, I engaged with and influenced managers across functions to ensure the understanding and support of the lean six sigma strategy. I built strong relationships within the organization to drive operational excellence.

In my day to day activities I am striving to identify and eliminate non-value added activities (MUDA) utilizing methodology like root cause analysis and PDCA;I conduct analysis, interpret data and facilitate projects for continuous improvement on site production area ;I do have an active role in process improvement projects by facilitating workshops to groups and teams on shop floor, presenting results and recommendations, and developing metrics and measurement tools to improve operating processes toward greater efficiency and effectiveness;I am able to mentor staff in the development and utilization of Lean methodologies and tools like 5S, VM, OEE, AM.

- Lead a team of 23 people to sustain the production of more than 20 000 t/month; - Expertise in utilizing SAP MM for preventive maintenance planification as part of core work responsibility ( experience using SAP in the application of material handling, distribution and logistics and/or production execution; PR, PO creation);- Good knowledge in the field of industrial automation, Siemens programmable PLCs;- IT systems management at operational site level, (software licenses, computer network)- Over ten years experience with ultrasonic welding technology from Haver & Boecker, powder filling machines; - Fleet management of 30 lifting equipment;- Management of spare parts and relationship with suppliers for electrical and pneumatic equipment;- Creative thinking skills and detail-oriented personality;- Ability to communicate well to other members of the development team;

- Performing preventive maintenance tasks of other electrical machinery and components, electrical network maintenance, routine preventive maintenance activities;- Troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, relay, and PLC controls for machine repair in an industrial environment.- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems, using electronic test equipment such as megohm meters, multimeters.- Follow all safety procedures such as wearing PPE and using LOTO.
