Implementation of an aggressive sales and marketing policy. Achievements:In 2003, the fast-growing company in the insurance market (107%). Direct coordinating 41 branches. In 2004, 1Q 43% growing turnover.

Company activity field: GSM dealer and mobile phone retailer. 170 employees.Responsibilities:Responsible for the strategic management of the firm. Leading all departments: sales, marketing, logistics, accounting, services and human resources. Achievements:Grew turnover with 20% in 8 months, doubled the number of Point of Sales and setting up two more branches: Cluj and Iasi.

Company activity field: Internet firm with national coverage.Responsibilities:Responsible for the reengineering and the strategic management of the marketing and sales (M&S) departments of the firm. The main policy items implemented included: overall organization of the M&S departments, setting up of a performance-based pay system for salespeople, establishing a management information system concerning sales performance, implementation of an aggressive sales and marketing policy.Achievements:The second firm on the market (turnover) and the first (profit)In 2002, DNT was bought by ASTRAL Telecom (I participated in due diligence process)
