With the overall objective of managing projects, overseeing the completion of projects requires a lot of accountability. So far, I've successfully; implemented technical schematics into complete VAT and Over-temp Controller devices. Calibrated and tested over 50 Eurotherm drives for design application. Coordinated the Inspection-testing and maintenance of over 300 controllers to ensure 100% functionality before shipping to our clients.

At Avid, I manage the session scheduling and oversee tutoring sessions. When I tutor, the scope of the courses I cover include:- STEM-related courses- Business and Finance Field Other responsibilities include supervising community learning sessions where I volunteer and help students during the free drop-in hours. The main objective is to help students improve their competence level to as close to 100.00% as possible thereby increasing their success rate when there is no guidance. Although officially launched in 2024, we boast a client satisfaction rate of 99%, with over 100 services offered by count to over 50 students.Avid which implies enthusiasm, vigorous pursuit, and eagerness and its acronyms' meaning: "Aspiring to Validate and Ignite Dedication" really encompasses that which defines me, what my sessions target and more. It's more than just academic success, it's also about encouraging each individual to unlock their full potential.

To successfully improve student competence, I have supported over 100 students through my sessions at SFSU. Each second is aimed at helping the student see a problem on a plain level to tackle it with confidence. My activities included:- Assessing students' needs through online pre-session convos.- Full comprehension and capability academically to help the student with just about anything (keep skill here is adaptability and keep quality is concern and interest with tactfulness).- Writing session summary reports to effectively analyze the students' learning path, growth, and weaknesses.Overall, I am not just able to help students and build relationships, for one I can pride myself on the fact that my student's level of competence increases but more to that is the fact that I'm able to impact someone else a part of me. Now that is unfathomable.

In this role, I service all of Redwood City's meters by IPS Group Inc.. Tasks include: - Certifying functionality of the single space meters on the system and out in the field. - Troubleshooting faulty multi-space pay stations using IPS data management system.In addition, I work directly with the Revenue Services Department, under the supervision of Mrs. Doanjun Nguyen-Cruz, Revenue Services Manager, to perform other administrative duties which involves ensuring no discrepancy between the money collected and the system record they are deposited.Recognition:- In my brief time at the City of Redwood City, and using my data analytical skills, I discovered a loop hole in the city's collection record. To fix this, I updated the meter-tracking data to precision with correspondence in-field by comparative analysis to track all funds collected. This thereby increased the percentage in parking revenue towards my last two months compared to the last two years. - Another accomplishment is utilizing my technical skills to prototype the schematic design for the new update on the coin collection cart. By application of the engineering design process, the goal is to make a cart that is not only efficient, but also flexible and reliable for the parking meter collector.

In my role building Temperature Indicator/Controller Devices (type: Single-zone controller) using Eurotherm's 3216(I) Temperature/Process Controller for different ranges of thermocouples; J(), K(), and more, I expedited production rate and with efficiency, reduced error in the device's performance.Process:- Read and implement technical schematics from OrCAD/Eagle.- Calibrated the Eurotherm drives.- Made harnesses, wires, drilling, soldering, and taking measurements.- Connected significant components; the solid-state relay, heater contactor, and Eurotherm's controller and Alarm control indicators.After each design process, I inspected and tested the controllers to ensure their functionality before shipping them to clients. Other activities included taking inventory and maintaining design tools.

As a non-profit, with the aim of using multi-sensory IoT device with AI to give kids the chance they deserve, nothing could be more satisfying! In this role, I performed innovative designs using OrCAD/Eagle. Moreso, other activities included:- Managing team projects toward each goal segment.- Develop hardware verification plans and quality assurance process.- Tested and validated processes and the correctness of metrics.- Purchased and took inventory of design components, thus cutting costs significantly.- Support, maintain and document prototype/product functionality.Therefore, health care providers would be able to more efficientlyprovide a comprehensive diagnosis and intervention for various neurological disabilities.Also, schools would be able to much better meet their legal requirement to educate childrenwith learning disabilities, in a cost-effective way.

Worked as a tutor for the Skyline Mathematics division, in the Math Jam program to assist in preparing students for their placement exams and as they embark on their next math course the following fall 2019 semester.

Work closely with Michael Stokes (BAM Director) to help improve the success rate of male students at Skyline. This is done through leadership development, pi squared math sessions and chop it up sessions to assist male students to get the most out of their college experience.

- Oversaw the functioning of the program and updated all students academic records - Managed end-of-day tutorials with high school students in college (MIddle College) and executed productive math sessions.Tutor at the Middle College in Skyline. Also, I serve as an Assistant in the Learning Center in the sense that I work with students when other tutors are not necessarily available.

- Taught students in writing coherent college level essays. - Headed tutoring sessions for all Math and Physics courses at the Learning Center.At the Skyline College's Learning Center, I support the Supplemental Instruction program as I worked a Supplemental Instructor for the English and Math which I've been engaged in over a year. In detail, I work closely with the college professors (@Lucia Lachmayr, @Courtney Ghan and @Tahereh Rastergazare) for English and Math classes to assist students to better understand the content through the semester. Also, outside classes, I organize study sessions minimum of three times a week whereby I work with students regarding their essay thesis, bibliography, article critique, and analysis, including peer reviewing essays. As of the fall 2019 semester, I switched to mathematics to support the SMT division at Skyline.

Interned at the Pathways Research Program and did hands-on projects which included the engineering design process. Along with it, skills such as data computation, profound in-depth research, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Worked as a student intern with the duties of office assistant; picking up the phone and informing individuals of BAEC opportunities. Also, I had to strategize and source for a probable solution to a problem (an issue) affecting the level of productivity of a restaurant on the avenue. In addition to that, I optimized different means to work on projects like advertising, dispensing information and gathering of data.

Worked for the local government in my community to help elementary school children from less privileged background get coached through weekly tutorial classes. In fact, the aim of the program was to provide these kids with free education, sponsored by the local government.

Worked as a tailor and as a sales representative at Mabes Fashion House and increased productivity thereby expanding revenue. Served customers by making sure that all their needs were met to their satisfaction.

Worked with my instructors back in high school and something that was meant to be just an internship turned into an actual position. I initially volunteered to tutor my peers for the final graduating exam-the West African Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE)-because my school needed to increase the student result. I tutored all sciences ranging from Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics and English including social sciences, such as economics and geography. As a result, my set of 2017 graduating with the best result that year (since 9 years) in the district.
