Courses Taught: Introduction to Sociocultural Anthropology; Global Cultures and Society; Global Issues and Anthropological Perspective; Disease, Health, and Inequality; People in Society- Writing Course. Design lesson plans, teach discussion sections with 60-90 students on average, conduct one-on-one meetings with students, develop and apply forms of student assessment, communicate with faculty and fellow TAs about course development and instruction.

Copy-edited and reviewed profile articles and grant applications, and provided feedback. Interviewed and wrote profile about a social science graduate student for the School website.

Conducted fieldwork, literature reviews and qualitative data analysis to study planning processes involved in infrastructure projects like Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor. Fieldwork involved interviews and site visits with bureaucrats, policy experts and members of civil society in Gujarat, Coimbatore and Bangalore.

Conducted fieldwork, literature reviews and contributed to report on transitions in rural land use for Planning Commission of Tamil Nadu.
