A Construction management graduate student from Arizona State University, Summer 2022 class with a deep understanding of civil engineering basics and relevant work experience.EDUCATION - Completed my undergraduate degree in civil engineering and later got my master's degree in construction management at Arizona State University.WORK EXPERIENCE - I worked as Project Engineer at Igloo Constructions Pvt. Ltd, India for 1 year where I focused on residential buildings and commercial buildings. While working there I gathered client requirements, managed and directed on-site activities, reviewed building plans, and tracked the project progress. I also assisted in scheduling and estimating residential buildings. I also worked as an Intern at Larsen & Toubro Chennai for 6 months where I focused on the construction of commercial buildings. During this time I performed daily safety audits as per safety plan and ensured 100% safety records and monitored construction progress and costs; took corrective action to manage the schedule and budget.TECHNICAL SOFTWARES - Proficient in construction software like Procore, Primavera, AutoCAD, E-tabs, STAAD Pro, Revit, and MATLAB. I also have experience with generating reports, presentations, and analyses using MS Office tools.PROJECTS : Sholinganallur IT ParkIt is a $20 million worth IT park project located in Chennai, India which consists of office space, visitor center, parking lot, and a recreation area. The total area of this project is 5 acre.Nakshatra ApartmentsIt is a $4 million worth 12 story residential building. It is flattened over 75000 square feet of high-endapartments and retail units with parking.
