Current• Provide necessary data and information to business units and executive management, facilitating informed decision-making.• Manage and prioritize BI backlog in Jira, utilizing Kanban methodology to optimize workflow and empower teams to achieve both short and long-term commercial targets.• Provide daily working solutions to monitor revenues and commercial costs.• Develop self-service Qlik Sense dashboards for fast and reliable insights, along with low/no-code machine learning solutions to enhance analytics capabilities.• Implement process improvement and automated solutions by driving lean management studies to enhance efficiency and quality within the organization.• Follow industry trends to initiate necessary changes and projects, while onboarding commercial teams to BI solutions and the latest developments to foster a more data-driven organization.
