My duties were to:• Manage the digital inbox, acting as first point of contact for all website queries from internal and external customers, seeking support from more senior team members on more complex or contentious queries• Publish online content for both the website and Intranet, ensuring it meets agreed content standards and organise page deletions, moves and redirects• Support staff members to improve website accessibility - fixing broken links, checking web code, and testing new services• Review accessibility reports from third party scans to fix content issues and advise staff how to prevent these issues from recurring• Review PDF documents, this includes documents that had been created internally or contracted by a third party, to ensure they meet the WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. This would also entail highlighting my findings with the staff member(s) and raise awareness of any potential issues and advise staff how best to resolve any issues• Gather analytical information to help monitor performance in both short and long-term. This would include in setting up Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager for short to long projects and Google dashboards for long term projects and reoccurring requests. I would also set up Hotjar on the new services for information to be gathered on how our customers were using these services and webpages• Respond to customer feedback on our website, while acting as role model of organisational values• Support on site administration, including adding users to CMS, approving content, and maintaining Information Architecture• Trained staff members for both Umbraco and SharePoint Intranet while provided ongoing support when required• I also liaised with ICT colleagues, make small-scale improvements and changes to website through code changes and fixes.

I would key enter document details of financial figures and car details. I would check the details to ensure that the financial figures and the car details were matching to the Customer Service Agreement.In the event that there was an error on the forms, I would escalate the issue with the customer service department and they would need to contact the dealer to correct the issue(s). Once the issued had been corrected, I would then resume discounting the deal.

My duties included end user testing of the new website and content migration. I was responsible for checking data had been migrated correctly and functionality on the website was working correctly. I migrated existing bilingual content from the previous website or from newly created content documents into the new Content Management System. I formed part of the digital team, the team maintains the website and Intranet. My main tasks were:Maintenance – I manage the digital mailbox, responding to publishing requests and fixing broken links on both the website and Intranet.Page creation - I receive requests for new content pages to be added to the website. I am supplied with the text, images and any documents that need to be attached to the web page. If the content needs to be published at a particular date / time, I would take the necessary steps to make sure the content went out on time. There have been cases where time sensitive content i.e. government statistics that required to be confidential, was requested to be published. Due to the nature of the data, strict guidelines were adhered to before the information goes live.Document and image library – I created an information architecture to maintain the websites document and image library to track the sites 15,600 documents and 300 images. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – I was responsible for performing UAT across the website when it was relaunch in April 2015, River levels online service, Three Day Forecast system, the Designated site search tool and an upgrade version of Umbraco before it was implemented Website experience – using an independent website testing company, we would receive weekly reports on code quality, functional errors and accessibility. It was my role to improve the website using these reports to improve the website experience for customers, that the content was correct, working and accessible by everyone.
