For the last 9 years I have worked in Aldi Bridgend as a store assistant. In this position I have had to deal with many different aspects of the business from stock control, customer service and quality control to resolving conflicts with volatile and sometimes violent members of the public with no assistance. Over the years i have had to develop people skills to overcome all of these issues and I am looking for a new career in which i can apply these in order to help a business grow and maintain a strong workforce.
