I am UX Lead with over 14 years of experience working as a designer. I have been working with large companies such as Scania, H&M and Nibe as well as start-ups. My background is broad, designing across, web, graphic design and digital interfaces. Leading agile design teams, to create user-centric products, I have worked within the entire UX spectrum: from research, ideas and concepts to design, development and launch of products. I am an ambassador for user-centered design and believe that empathy for users helps build a greater knowledge and therefore leads to better decisions within design development. My strengths are in my ability to communicate and facilitate complex design solutions for internal and external stakeholders, clients and users. I enjoy solving complex problems, thinking outside the box, with a combination of creativity and structure. I work well in highly collaborative teams and I am a natural leader, who enjoys developing, mentoring and growing people into the best people they can be.
