He has recently advised in relation to injunctive relief preventing the presentation of a winding-up petition relating to a debt in excess of £750,000 and in a case involving nuisance and negligence arising from building works.HousingOwain is regularly instructed to advise on landlord and tenant disputes including possession proceedings and matters relating to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Prior to coming to the Bar, Owain gained experience of housing litigation involving Anti-Social Behaviour Orders and committals, lease disputes and allocation issues.Personal InjuryOwain advises and appears at all stages of claims involving road traffic accidents and occupier's liability.
