• Assist in developing, managing, and maintaining the information strategy that supports the organization's ability to make data-driven business decisions• Assist in system and application architecture design and implementation. • Assist in the preparation of a technical-debt roadmap for the relevant domains• Communicate and enforce coding standards• Perform code review audits and mentor junior developers by giving effective feedback• Work with the DevOps leader to define and align the SOPs and best practices• Participate in the Agile DevOps design, development, testing, and release of new capabilities and features with a focus on release and post-production support• Assist with the improvements of processes and design enhancements to automation to continuously improve various environments• Work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Support teams to identify and generate metrics to identify product insights and adoption• Resource management (Team Staffing/Hiring decisions, Evaluation)• Training and development of resources• Define departmental Processes (Design, Implement, Enhance, and Audit) and Goals• Assist in cross-department conflict resolution• Oversee the development process and monitor release timelines.• Monitor continuous delivery by overseeing the development, testing and deployment through Process Monitoring.• Ensure there are no bottlenecks in the process by automation of development activities.• Work with environment owners and SMs to oversee that the environments are available when required.

• Responsible for architecting the integration of existing or new modules into different products/applications 360 Suite.• Responsible to oversee the integration of 3rd party modules/applications/APIs with all the products of 360 Suite.• Performs technical impact analysis of suggested/recommended business changes in 360 Suite that have cross-product technical impacts• Assists the Dev TLs in application/module architecture to cover the integration and cross product impacts.• Actively contribute to design discussions, issue resolution and removing obstacles to ensure sprint/iteration commitments. • Assist in communicating and enforcing best practices and coding standards• Work with Dev TLs, SMs and Support teams (i.e., DevOps, ETL, DB etc.) for the timely preparation of required environments and taking care of all the product’s interdependencies.• Maintain feature dependency plan among the modules and applications and technology dependency plan across engineering, infrastructure, and other parties.

Currently I am working on the project of State Bank of Pakistan, EPARS (Electronic Payments and Refund System) which is an enterprise level distributed application. EPARS covers both the electronic tax payments as well as the refunds. This project facilitates taxpayers by electronically debiting his account (in any operating bank of Pakistan) and crediting funds in tax collection accounts of Government of Pakistan.

-- eOffice Workflow Development Its a Business Process Management System which organizes all the business processes of an organization. I did research on Workflow and also design the database of all modules. Modules are (Modeler, Engine, Organizational Charts, Organizational Calendars and 10 other modules). On this project we are supervising 5 persons who are working on this Project.
