Utilize talent acquisition expertise for end to end management of recruitmentprocess (job analysis, sourcing, screening, selection, interviewing,verification documentation and offer negotiation.● Conduct interviews as per the process approved by the company.● Performing a role of bridge management to address demands, grievances andother issues of employees.● Managed and put employee’s data in system which contains the overalldetail, attendance leaves record of employees every month.● Timely process employees salary of head office and field force staff.● Maintain data accuracy in HRIS; enter employee changes including new hireinformation, status changes and terminations.● Effectively manage ER issues (disciplinary, grievances, employee litigation,redundancy, staff terminations) using sound judgment in resolvingproblems, advising and suggesting alternative courses of action whereappropriate.
