Job Responsibilities: Implementations & Follow up the Standards of Compliance, & Customer Code of Conducts. Labor Strength, Personal record, Attendance & Payroll System, Compensations & Benefits according to the Factory Policies and Procedures. Coordinate & reporting on the implementation status of the social, security & environment management system of the suppliers is being carried out in accordance with Standards & COCs. Strengthen the health and safety management system by generating standing instructions and standing orders to adopt best practices of personal and process safety. Organize training sessions for organizational staff, contractors, and management personnel awareness on hazard evaluation, safe work practices, and personal safety. Developed different documents for relevant work. Conduct training program of Fire Fighting, First Aider, Hydrant Drill, Fire Drill, PPE’s and C-TPAT, etc. and maintain the record.  Conduct meetings of Worker Council Committee, Canteen Committee, and HSE Committee and communicate to management to resolve the issues. Maintain the audit file as per COC and checklist. Keep a record of all fire Equipment and maintain their inspection checklist. Maintain the employee’s personal files. Monitor & ensure that the minimum legal wages are being paid as per National Laws. Ensure that the workplaces are operated and maintained in a safe & healthy manner.  Ensure that all evacuation plans are installed properly and updated.
