Currently, I am accountable for performing erection, commissioning as well as testing of EHV sub-stations & lines (66KV & above). I being represented as Nodal Officer, controlling DCRM kit for whole of Mehsana circle to measure timing, SRM, DCRM for EHV Circuit Breakers (400KV, 220KV, 132KV, 66KV); undertaking estimation & tendering activities indenting & accounting of materials, planning and bill preparation of whole projects. I develop and draft plans & procedures for preventative and predictive maintenance; instrumentally handle preventive and corrective maintenance of all electrical equipments which include EHV Transformers, HV Switch Gear, Oil and SF6 Circuit Breaker, Isolators, Disconnected Switch, CT’s, PT’s. I am executing cost and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget in 24*7 environment; leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of 45+ team members; creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
