Managing a team of project managers / migration specialists that are responsible for the implementation of the Website and Mobile App solutions . Overseeing and supporting multiple the implementation projects. Reviewing external clients product demands, developing project plans so that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Providing assistance to implementation specialists / project managers / product managers in scoping projects or developing proposals. Responsible for recruitment in own vertical while handling or helping team members with working their performance variables in a better, more productive and efficient manner. • Monitor, train and supervise a team of 4 support resources• Successfully managed and launched 30+ ERP backed Website projects for clients • Successfully managed and launched 10+ Mobile App projects• Prepare Technical documents and mock ups at all levels of the SDLC such as Requirement, Functional & Design Specification, including diagrammatic representations of the project.• Understanding new user requirements from clients and conducting feasibility along with Business Analysis team to include feature in latest releases and upgrades• Spearheaded and implemented processes, systems and internal controls to strengthen development, increase productivity and enhance customer satisfaction. • Coordination with sales team to assist in client on boarding by understanding their requirements and giving demos of the website functionality and cross functionality with the Northstar System. • Developing and maintaining a detailed project schedule & plan which includes relevant tasks and the sites involved in the project• Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.• Proactively understand client needs as they start using additional functionalities offered by Northstar.• Communicate effectively with all project participants (internal resources, International clients, business partners and competitors)• Clarify and translate high level requirements into user stories.• Collaborate and create cross-functional teams to understand documentation and training needs. • Serve as the liaison between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.

• Dedicated Account Manager for 60+ Clients • Communicate with clients using Freshdesk and internal teams with the bug reporting software Mantis• Constant collaboration with inter functional teams such as Production Support, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Project Management Implementation Support, Design, Development, Data Migration, Mobile App team Software Quality Assurance teams and multiple module owners to formulate understanding regarding problems faced by clients, set client expectations and deliver resolutions in a timely manner• Responsible for Migrations of 15+ clients and taking them through the project life cycle stages such as Scope Analysis, Redesign, User Accepted Training (UAT) on the new platform, Go Live, providing Go Live support and monitoring and fixing issues as reported.• Deriving and communicating project Scope, budget, project deliverables, project timelines and constraints while ensuring highest quality customer service.• Training customers and providing demos to clients for ERP backed Mobile App developed and deployed for clients.• Providing remote assistance to Implementation Specialists with website support and member facing issues.• Creating User Guide Document of the Client Website and its complete functionality for both the clients and the end user.
