I worked closely with vendors and manufacturers to create a premium physical product that is delivered quickly on a consistent basis. Our marketing strategy focuses on social media, engaging directly with consumers and creating an experience of our online store. Through a simple customer journey, users can see a genuine representation of their product and order quickly and easily. As a result of sustained growth in India, we have plans to diversify out product offering and move into another 14 countries.

I was the first team member for Atticmedia’s Indian division. It was my role was to create a viable, profitable business in the shortest possible timeframe. In order to achieve this, I formulated the business plan, recruited key positions, identified suitable suppliers, built the relevant infrastructures and attracted clients. All this was done while maintaining a technical focus, working with stakeholders in London and managing the growing business.

I joined Atticmedia, a digital learning consultancy in 2006 in a senior development role. However, my commercial acumen and leadership talents were quickly recognised and I was promoted to Managing Director for India and tasked with opening our new office from scratch.
