I am currently serving as Strategy and Business Excellent Consultant at JEA following a successful tenure as Vice President of Environmental Services. Over the last 15 years, I have focused on energy and water/wastewater operations to include product innovation and conservation and consumer satisfaction. My areas of expertise include strategic planning, government relations, regulatory and policy development, Smart Grid technology implementation, and community/economic engagement and development. Prior to joining JEA, I completed a Naval career that included command of two Naval warships, a tour of duty in the Global Policy Directorate at the Pentagon and deployments to multiple countries and regions throughout the world.
