His deep understanding of our human nature is at the heart of his person-centred approach.Owen's clients include Adidas, Ricoh, Barnardos, Birmingham University, and UPS, whose programmes include leadership development, one-to-to coaching, training the trainer, mental well-being and resilience.

Owen has worked with young people for over 10 years with organisations such as NCS, Future Foundations, MyBnk, The YMCA, and the University of Birmingham. His charisma and way of relating with young people, whatever their background and challenges, makes him a highly impactful coach and mentor. In addition, Owen leads psycho-educational groups and provides coaching to help young people raise their aspirations and encourage healthier lifestyle choices.Cuurent Role: working with the YMCA to deliver a swift response to the emotional and mental health needs of 11 to 25 year olds living or studying in the City through implementation of a social prescribing model, linking young people in to a broad range of services and interventions. This work will include brief intervention work, crisis support and assistance with transitions & onward referrals- facilitating groups and delivering training- one-to-one sessions- consultations
